伴致死性溶血的产气荚膜梭菌血流感染

产气荚膜梭菌可以引起不同的感染，包括食物中毒^[1]、抗生素相关性腹泻^[2]、脓肿^[3]及气性坏疽^[4]等.但产气荚膜梭菌菌血症^[5]病例罕见,其主要临床特点是引起患者严重血管内溶血,病程进展快,患者迅速死亡.肝硬化、胃肠道的恶性疾病及控制不好的糖尿病患者容易发生本病^[6].以下报道2例伴严重溶血的产气荚膜梭菌血流感染病例.
